CASA BATLLÓ

The Casa Batlló is a building designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí. It is located at number 43 of the Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona, ​​the wide avenue that runs through the neighborhood modernist Eixample (Eixample). Gaudí was commissioned by theindustrialist José Batlló Casanovas to rejarm reforming a building built in 1875 by Emilio Sala Cortés. For the tareover, Gaudí was centred on the facade, the main floor, patio lights and the roof. The Casa Batlló has been restored in 1970 and 1995 and has been owned by Bernat family.
