PARK GÜELL

The Park *Güell (**Park *Güell in his original denomination) is a big garden with architectural elements situated in the top of the city of Barcelona (Spain), in the slope that looks to the sea of the mountain of Carmelo, no much away from the Tibidabo. Belong to the neighbourhood of the Health, in Gracia's district. Contrived as a urbanisation, was designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí, maximum exponent of the Catalan modernism, for encarrec of the employer Eusebi Güell. Built between 1900 and 1914, was inaugurated as a public park in 1922. In 1984 the Unesco included to the Park Güell.
